Pre-Order Information
While our business is still new and we get ourselves set up all orders will be available via pre-order only unless stated otherwise by the addition of the “add to cart” button on an item.
Pre-orders close on the 15th and 1st of each month at 11:59pm.
Payment must be made and received before the close of the current pre-order date in order to be added to that dates shipment order.
If payment is received after the closing of the current pre-order, the order will be added to the corresponding pre-order period that the payment is received in.
Please allow three to six (4-6) weeks for goods to be delived after the closing of the pre-order.
If you require your items sooner please select ‘express shipping’ at checkout. Please allow for two - four (2-4) weeks for goods to be delivered.
We endevour to get the stock to you as soon as possible, however, shipping delays can arise unexpectedly and are out of our control. If your order is affected we will contact you.
In the event that stock becomes unavailable you will be notified and offered a refund or alternative item/colour/size.
If an order contains both pre-order items and in stock items, the order will not be shipped until pre-order items are in stock.
When will your order be shipped?

Standard Shipping: Please allow three to six (4-6) weeks for goods to be delived after the closing of the pre-order period.
Express Shipping: Please allow for two - four (2-4) weeks for goods to be delivered.
Local Delivery: Upon fulfillment of the order we will be in contact to arrage a time and day for delivery. Currently this option is only available for the following postcodes.

Refunds & Returns
Warranty:
In the event of any damages/faults with our products we are offering a warranty period of 6 months with all items we stock.
Warranty is void if the damage has been caused on purpose or due to not following the care instructions. Outcome decision is at the discreation of the business to determine if the item damage/fault is covered by warranty. Images and details of issues will be required in order to process the return on warranty.
Please contact us to start the process of either a refund or an exhange.
Refunds/exchanges will not be processed until the damaged/faulty goods have been recieved by Just Cosy.
In the event an item to be exhanged is no longer in stock in the same style/size/colour an item of equal or lesser value will be offered in exhange. If the item is of lesser value the difference will be refunded to the customer.
Returns:
Return shipping is paid for by Just Cosy/Wora4x4.
Change of mind refunds are available on all items, provided they are in saleable condition.
Refunds will not be processed until items have been received by Just Cosy/Wora4x4.
