While our business is still new and we get ourselves set up all orders will be available via pre-order only unless stated otherwise by the addition of the “add to cart” button on an item.

• Pre-orders close on the 15th and 1st of each month at 11:59pm.

• Payment must be made and received before the close of the current pre-order date in order to be added to that dates shipment order.

• If payment is received after the closing of the current pre-order, the order will be added to the corresponding pre-order period that the payment is received in.

• Please allow three to six (4-6) weeks for goods to be delived after the closing of the pre-order.

• If you require your items sooner please select ‘express shipping’ at checkout. Please allow for two - four (2-4) weeks for goods to be delivered.

• We endevour to get the stock to you as soon as possible, however, shipping delays can arise unexpectedly and are out of our control. If your order is affected we will contact you.

• In the event that stock becomes unavailable you will be notified and offered a refund or alternative item/colour/size.
